I’m absolutely thrilled with our new pool and the whole experience we had with Countrywide Pools. From the very first contact, Nat and the team were so friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us choose the perfect pool for our space. Nat also went above and beyond in helping us find a landscaper, which we really appreciated. The installation itself was smooth and well‑organised, with great communication from start to finish. We always knew what was happening and what to expect, and any questions we had were answered with patience and clarity. The crew on site were respectful, tidy, and clearly took real pride in their work. The end result is exactly what we hoped for. The pool looks even better than we imagined, and the quality of the finish is exceptional. Even though we’re still waiting for the landscaping to be completed, we’re already able to enjoy the pool, which has been fantastic. We’re genuinely so happy with the whole experience and would gladly recommend Countrywide Pools to anyone thinking about installing a pool. They made everything easy, enjoyable, and delivered something we truly love.

The process was seamless, timings and scheduling was spot on and without delays. The assistance with contacts for the pool surrounds and fencing was an extra service we didn't expect, contacts that have also been wonderful to work with!
